Lead Time on Test Chart Orders

All orders must be received and accepted by 11:00 A.M. MST Monday-Friday for processing to begin the same business day. Inkjet test charts have a standard lead time of five business days. Film charts and chrome on glass charts, as well as most supplier charts, have a standard lead time of ten business days. We will ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if timing is critical, we offer Rush Options detailed below. In order to guarantee a ship date, you must request and receive confirmation from Imatest. The lead times detailed below are for processing and production only; they do not include transit times. Photographic charts and select supplier charts are excluded from this policy. Please contact sales@imatest.com for availability and lead time on your specific order.

Lead Time on Equipment Orders

The lead time on equipment varies based on the item ordered and the manufacturer. Most equipment orders will ship directly from the manufacturer. Please contact sales@imatest.com for the lead time on your specific order.

 

Lead Time on Software Orders

New software license orders and support renewal orders are delivered electronically within 24 business hours. If you do not receive an email in that time with details about your order, please contact sales@imatest.com.

 

When will my shipment arrive?

Delivery time depends on the delivery address and what shipping method you select. We will provide you with the tracking number(s) when your order ships.

 

International shipments

Our product pricing and shipping rates do not include import duties, taxes or fees. The customer / recipient is responsible for these added expenses. 

 

Why might an order be delayed?

Purchase orders are subject to review for accuracy by Imatest.  Your order may delayed if:

  • There are errors or incomplete descriptions, and we need to verify which product(s) you are ordering
  • The shipping method, address or instructions are not clear
  • The payment terms are inconsistent with Imatest Terms & Conditions, or previously accepted terms.
  • A product is backordered

Are import duties and taxes included?

Our product pricing and shipping rates do not include import duties, taxes or fees. The customer / recipient is responsible for these expenses.
